   Starting at $4170+HST including of winter storages   

   

    Hydro security deposit

   $ 200 + HST

 

    Administration fee (hydro)

    $ 90 + HST

 

    Boat Dock

  First Payment:

  Aug 31, 2025 Site fee Deposit $1700

  Boat Dock Deposit   $280

 

  Second Payment:

   Feb, 10, 2026  $1700 

 

  Final Payment:

  May, 1, 2026 (post dated cheque) Final balance

  Upon completion of : 3 years  Discount ( $70)

                                    6 years  Discount ( $100)

                                   10 years Discount ($150)

 

 

 

Campers who pay in full for season 2026 by August 31, 2025 will save 2% for second and final payment.

 

  Deposit alone will not be sufficient to reserve the site, post-dated.

  Cheques must be provided for February and May payments.

• Discount will be applied if all payment is paid on due date or before.

• $100 Late payment fee will be added to each instalment not paid by the due date.

• 2% interest will be charged on accounts each month and will compounded.

• After Aug, 31, 2025 any sites without deposit will be considered available for reassignment .

• Non sufficient cheque will be charged $30

 

*The Park and its facilities may only be used if all fees are  paid.
